In one of our family trip to Ethiopia, we met young children carrying buckets of water. They told us they walked over two hours to fetch water, the water was dirty.
They also told us that they do not attend school because their families could not afford to provide them with school supplies, books and uniform.
As soon us we returned to the USA, we decided to start Tesfa Center. Tesfa is Ethiopian word for HOPE.
EDUCATIONAL
Welcome to Tesfa Center, Ethiopian children education fund.

Our goal is to assist children in Debre Berhan, Ethiopia, to get an education.
​
In this part of Ethiopia children are not getting the education they need because of poverty.
​
Families do not have enough income, therefore can not support the education of their children.
​
Because education reduces poverty and enhances social responsibility, the best help we can provide a child is education.
MEDICAL​​
Medical mission,organizing medical team who are willing to travel to Ethiopia to provide free medical service to under served area in Debre Berhan and surrounding communities.
CLEAN WATER
Clean water, digging wells for communities in Northern Shoa, Ethiopia, without access to clean water.
YOUTH CENTER​​
Youth center with reading, tutorial, audio visual, recreational and sports area included.
